Healing Tree provides a customized wellness session for each and
every client depending on his or her needs and wants. One body at any given time requires more than a standardized massage and a single modality. While one part of the body might need a deeper work, another might require a more therapeutic treatment, and another would require just simple relaxation of the muscles. Therefore, each service is tailored to each client and can be composed of a combination of several modalities and methods, which may include:
Swedish Massage 
Trigger Point Therapy
Mainly relaxes the muscles and eases aches and pains.
Treatment of areas of hyperirritability in the body that refer pain in other areas of the body. Treatment of these is somewhat uncomfortable, but extremely beneficial for proper functioning of the muscles.
Deep Tissue
Comparable to Swedish massage, but the focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Primarily used to treat chronically tight muscles, postural problems and repetitive strain.
Myofascial Release
Aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles, eliminate pain and restore motion by applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions.
Auth Method
Work done solely with forearms. It is both, incredibly relaxing as Swedish with the benefit of Deep Tissue work.
Russian Sports Massage
For the athlete, sports massage techniques are utilized at all stages: pre-event, post-event,
during training and to
expedite rehabilitation
after injury.
Hot Stone Therapy
The application of heated stones to reach a deep penetrating effect on the muscles as well as a warm relaxing effect.
Cupping Thera​py
Lymphatic Drainage
A therapy that has been used for over 5000 years and assists in treating many health disorders by applying negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Extremely beneficial in combination with the modalities mentioned above.
Stimulates the functioning of the lymphatic system and immune system by assisting with fluid drainage, detoxifying and regenerating tissues, filtering toxins and foreign substances and helping maintain healthy immunes systems.
